September Recap:
Always a good time shopping with a discount! We joined Fleet Feet Woodway for their weekly Wednesday run club and did some shopping for new shoes, socks, and nutrition. One lucky member won a $50 gift card to Fleet Feet!
We hit the open water at Twin Lakes for a group swim session, building confidence, endurance, and community. Followed by some tasty snacks and coffee with a side of camaraderie.
Congratulations to everyone who toed the line at the Texas City Triathlon and Island Girl.

Bike Maintenance Clinic with Bikanics
October 18 at 10 AM, Memorial Picnic Loop (specific parking area TBD), 6501 Memorial Drive
Hands on clinic focusing on flat repair. Please bring your own tire, tube, and CO2 and questions. The picnic loop is safe to ride, so feel free to come early or stay after and get a ride in!
Spooky Run
October 29, 6 PM from Active Passion, 803 Usener St Suite 100
Lace up your running shoes and don your spookiest costume for our Halloween Fun Run! Don't forget to wear your running lights - safety first. Light dinner will be provided after the run. Join us for a ghoulish good time.
2025 HRTC Tri Expo
Per outstanding requests last year, the annual expo this year is in the fall! The 2025 expo will take place on November 9th at St. Arnold from 12 PM - 3 PM and feature teams, coaches, retailers, race directors, and more! The move to the fall will provide for teams and coaches to connect with athletes before and during application periods. Plus cooler temps to enjoy the expo and beer garden. There will be a raffle with some great prizes you won't want to miss! More information to come as the date approaches.

Twin Lakes Passes
We have a limited amount of passes to swim at Twin Lakes. Members may purchase passes for $5 each ($10 value) at the monthly socials and other events. We have a limited amount available and these must be used within the 2025 calendar year.
